• Resident Indian citizens and Non-Resident Indians/Persons of Indian origin(PIOs) holding foreign passports who have attained 21 years as of the date of application may apply singly or jointly with other eligible individuals however restricted to a maximum of 3 members(viz., spouse/ children/ parents).

• Minimum Age: Borrower – Above 21 years of age. Co-borrower/Co-applicant: Age above 18 years may be permitted.

• Maximum Age: The maximum age limit is fixed at 60 years (for salaried) and 65 years (for non-salaried) i.e., the age by which the loan should be fully repaid subject to the availability of a sufficient, regular and continuous source of income for servicing the loan repayment.

• Employment Type: Individuals with a steady source of income under the Salaried and non-salaried segment can apply.

• Horticulturists

All agriculturists owning and cultivating agricultural lands of more than 5 acres (Irrigated lands) / 10 acres of Drylands in their name/s, subject to the following:

• They should be existing customers and should have satisfactory dealings with the bank for the last two years, and past dealings should be satisfactory.

• The minimum gross annual income required is Rs.5.00 Lakh.

Individual household income in rural areas should be up to 1,00,000 per annum.

Individual household income in urban areas should be above 1,00,000 per annum.

Individual household income in metro areas and members of Self-Help Groups should be up to 3,00,000 per annum.
