How to open an Account?

Opening an AU Royale account with AU Small Finance Bank involves several options, catering to your preference:

  1. AU 0101 App: If you already have an existing savings account with AU Small Finance Bank, download the AU 0101 app and navigate to the "Open New Account" section. Choose the AU Royale option and follow the instructions, providing required documents for verification.

  2. Website: Alternatively, visit the AU Small Finance Bank website (https://www.aubank.in/premium-banking/savings-account/au-royale) and navigate to the "Premium Banking" section. Choose "AU Royale" and click on "Open Account." Fill out the online application form and upload scanned copies of the required documents for verification.

Offline:

  1. Branch Visit: You can visit your nearest AU Small Finance Bank branch and express your interest in opening an AU Royale account. A bank representative will guide you through the process and assist you with completing the application form and document submission.

  2. Call Customer Care: Contact AU Small Finance Bank customer care at 1800-1200-1200 or 0141 7141000 (if calling from outside India). The customer care representative will help you understand the eligibility criteria and steps involved in opening an account. They can also schedule an appointment for you at your preferred branch.
