  2. Enter Your Details: Provide your mobile number and enter the Captcha code displayed.

  3. Mobile Verification: You'll receive a One-Time Password (OTP) on your mobile number for verification. Enter the OTP to continue.

  4. Email Verification (Optional): Geojit offers two options for email verification:Google verification: Link your Google account for instant verification.
    OTP verification: Enter the OTP sent to your registered email address.

  5. Personal Information: Fill out the online application form with your personal details like name, date of birth, and PAN card number.

  6. Bank Account Details: Provide details of the bank account you want to link to your trading account.

  7. Nomination (Optional): Choose whether or not to nominate someone to inherit your demat holdings in case of an unfortunate event.

  8. Brokerage Plan Selection: Geojit offers various brokerage plans with different fee structures. Choose the plan that best suits your trading needs.

  9. Document Uploads: Upload scanned copies of the following required documents:PAN Card (mandatory)

Geojit charges a low brokerage for equity deliver trades (normal stock purchase). However, it charges a high demat debit charges (fee charged whenever you sell a security). Geojit offers a number of advance features however, they are more suited for daily traders.
